To help you on your way to reaching your goals, we now offer Complimentary Fitness Classes each week with your membership. Three of our existing classes will be offered FREE to members and will rotate through on a monthly basis so you are able to enjoy a variety of activities.
Classes of the Month:
Cycle core Mon/Wed @ 9:15 -10:15 am
Total body conditioning Tues/Thurs @ 7:00 am-8:00 am
Yoga Friday @ 11:30 am
If you are interested in attending these FREE classes, please sign up in advance as space is limited. (Normal drop-in rates apply to non-members)
